A business filled with friendly experienced staff T&L Air Conditioning first entered the industry in 2002. It has used the time since to broaden its experience base, helping it to become a leader in its own right within the air conditioning fraternity.
In 2016 the business was purchased by two experienced businessmen who immediately set about applying their respective trades in order to grow the business.
The requirement for a bigger focus on customer service, satisfaction and brand growth soon became apparent. It was then the two of them began an emphatic push toward ensuring their customers were afforded the best service possible. Building and maintaining a friendly and customer focused team, has in turn strengthened the T&L brand.
Introducing and committing to best practice guidelines has proven that the business will continue to invest in it’s customers. Advancement in technology or changes to compliance requirements can disrupt any business as well as its customers.
